Marc R. Goldstein received his undergraduate degree (a BA in Political Science) Cum Laude from Rider University in 1972, and he graduated Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1976. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977, and has been practicing in Palm Beach County for 40 years.
Mr. Goldstein was an Assistant Public Defender from 1977 through 1981 and was Chief of the Felony Division. He has handled all types of criminal cases from Misdemeanors to Capital First Degree murder.
After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, he entered private practice specializing in the areas of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. He has, and continues to, represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Personal Injury actions.
